Operator and agreement

These Terms are between you and [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], of [REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. They do not take effect until the operator completes these placeholders and activates a reviewed version.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and use the service only in a supported jurisdiction. The closed beta is intended for invited adults.

Service boundary

FinPosition records user-supplied financial facts, applies documented calculations and compares user-directed scenarios. It is not a bank, brokerage, registered investment adviser, accountant, tax preparer, mortgage broker or trade-execution service.

The service does not initiate payments or trades, hold assets, request online-banking credentials or guarantee reconciliation completeness.

Account and workspace

Access is invitation-only. You must protect credentials and MFA factors, provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Workspace records are isolated by authenticated workspace context. You may not attempt to access another user's workspace or bypass security controls.

Your records

You retain responsibility for records you upload or enter and must have authority to process them. You must review mappings, duplicates, corrections, assumptions and reconciliation differences before relying on an output.

Original import files are used for preview and are not intentionally retained by the current import workflow; confirmed parsed records, audit history, exports and backups may remain as described in the Privacy Notice.

Market and third-party data

Market, macro and issuer observations may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or subject to provider rights. They are informational and not execution-grade.

The operator may disable a provider or feature when contractual rights, quality or availability are insufficient. Third-party terms may also apply.

Optional AI explanation

If enabled, the AI feature explains an allowlisted set of public market and macro observations. It is not authorized to receive personal financial records or produce personalized buy, sell, hold, allocation, tax or legal recommendations.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be checked against cited evidence and source dates.

Beta availability and changes

This is pre-release software. Features may change, fail or be withdrawn. No uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, investment outcome, savings, security or regulatory status is promised.

Material changes to an activated agreement will be versioned and presented as required by applicable law. Draft versions are not active agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

Liability allocation, governing law, venue and any monetary cap require operator and qualified-counsel decisions: [GOVERNING_LAW], [VENUE], [LIABILITY_CAP].
