Account Deletion and Data Export Policy
Current export capability is operational; complete hosted self-service deletion remains a release gate.

Export
Authenticated users can request an Excel export of supported workspace financial records. Exports contain sensitive information, are not encrypted by the application and become the user's responsibility after download.
Deletion
A complete self-service account and workspace deletion workflow is not yet active. Until it exists, external beta access remains blocked and deletion requests require the documented operator procedure at [PRIVACY_CONTACT].
Backups and exceptions
Deleting active records does not automatically erase separately managed local backup files. Backup expiry and secure deletion must follow the retention schedule.
Security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained only where a documented requirement applies.
